DMSS Foundation processes investments for long-term social impact and financial growth. Generally, investments are subject to a lock-in period as specified in the specific investment plan chosen. Early withdrawal or refund of investment capital may be subject to administrative fees and market conditions.
Donations made directly to our Philanthropy Projects (e.g., Marriage Support, Healthcare Access) are typically non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to beneficiaries. However, if a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days for review.
Users can cancel their account or participation in specific plans according to the terms of that plan. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund of previously committed capital if that capital has already been deployed into a project.
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please follow these steps:

- Include your transaction ID, date of transaction, and the reason for the request.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting our Head of Operations. We strive to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly.
